Gym will reopen on September 7th at 6pm. All welcome to come along.

September 7th, 2010 for CO-ED boxer training - 6:00pm - 7:30pm

and continues every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evening.

September 8th, 2010 for Ladies Only BoxFit - 6:30pm - 7:30pm

and continues every Wednesday and Friday evening.

Stair Climb for Cancer - Skylon Tower

November 13, 2010 - Niagara Falls, ON 

We are awaiting the official date for this event to be posted. Come on out and join NFBC as we ascend the 660 stairs to the top of the Skylon Tower. We do this event in memory of Scottie "The Spark" Pauls mother, Karen Kathleen Paul who fought a brave fight until March of 2007.
