Niagara Falls Boxing Club has been in the boxing community for more than 2 decades and as a result has moved on at least Four occasions. With there being more then one boxing club in the city of Niagara Falls, we want to make sure that you can find us. Click "Contact Us" for a map to our location. You will find all the contact information to reach the people who can answer any questions you may have about the club, sponsoring a member, club events, making donations, coaches & training or members.

This class
is for women who are interested in the
fitness aspect
of boxing but are not
interested in getting
in
the
ring.
This
class
also
could
be used as a gateway to
the
novice level of boxing for
those
that have little or
no
experience with
a
fitness
regiment.

give
it a try,
ladies of
all ages
and fitness
levels
welcome.

Currently, amateur, professional
and
novice
boxing classes overlap
.
This
is
proving effective
and is
pushing
everyone
to
give
110%
during
class
time.
There is
regular
sparring 2-3
times per
week
for those
boxers wishing to get
in the
ring and box
competitively (Medicals
are a MUST HAVE for
all
boxers
that are sparring).
Having
all classes overlap
helps
novice level boxers see
what
they
are
working hard
to
